About the role
- You'll own SalesMind AI's LinkedIn presence — from content strategy and post writing to engagement and performance analysis.
- LinkedIn is our most important organic channel for reaching sales leaders, founders, and revenue operators. We need someone who understands how the platform's algorithm works, what types of content drive engagement in B2B contexts, and how to build a consistent brand voice that earns attention.
- You'll need to prove this with real examples. Show us a LinkedIn account you've managed or personal content you've grown.
What you'll do
- Define and execute a LinkedIn content strategy for SalesMind AI's company page and key profiles.
- Write posts — thought leadership, product updates, case study snippets, industry commentary — in a clear B2B voice.
- Create carousels and document posts that educate and engage a sales/revenue audience.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and build community interactions.
- Analyse post performance (impressions, engagement rate, follower growth) and optimise based on data.
- Stay current on LinkedIn algorithm changes, B2B content trends, and competitor activity.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrable LinkedIn experience — personal account with solid engagement or pages you've managed.
- Strong B2B copywriting skills — you can write concisely for a professional audience.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn as a platform: algorithm, content formats, engagement patterns.
- Data literacy — you use analytics to make decisions, not just to report numbers.
- Interest in sales, revenue operations, or enterprise software.
Nice to have
- Experience managing a LinkedIn company page with measurable follower or engagement growth.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or paid promotion tools.
- Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate content production.
- Interest in how sales teams use LinkedIn for outreach.
