What you'll do
- Coordinate candidate pipelines and track applicant progress through hiring stages
- Support interview scheduling and logistics
- Help maintain and improve job postings across platforms
- Assist with onboarding checklists and new hire documentation
- Generate recruiting funnel reports and hiring metrics
- Explore AI tools for screening/scheduling/workflow automation
- Help organize career fairs and recruiting events
What we're looking for
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Psychology or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and digital tools
- Proactive and detail-oriented with good follow-through
- Interest in people operations and talent management
Nice to have
- Previous experience in HR admin or event coordination
- Familiarity with ATS platforms or HR software
- Interest in AI-assisted workflow tools
