Our Story

From Founder Frustration to Sales Infrastructure

SalesMind AI was born from a problem every founder knows: unpredictable pipeline. We were providing B2B services and experiencing firsthand the chaos of inconsistent lead flow. To solve it, we identified a powerful lever, generating massive engagement through automation on the B2B side, engaging thousands of conversations simultaneously.

But success created a new problem. With thousands of conversations running in parallel, we did not have the manpower to move them forward. It takes 6 to 12 touchpoints before a prospect becomes a qualified meeting, and research shows a single human can only manage around 42 parallel conversations at any given time. The math was impossible.

That is when we realized AI was not just useful, it was the missing layer. We needed intelligence that could discriminate between conversations, identify where each prospect sits in the sales funnel, determine who needs nurturing and when, and surface the real opportunities. Automation systems existed to get in front of people, but the biggest gap in the market was making them move down the funnel. That is where revenue lives: in what happens during the exchange.

We are headquartered in Singapore and serve more than 5,000 users across 64+ countries. What started as a solution to our own pipeline problem has become the infrastructure that B2B companies worldwide rely on to turn conversations into revenue.
