About the role

  • You'll create visual content that helps SalesMind AI communicate clearly and compellingly to enterprise buyers.
  • This is a B2B marketing context — our audience is sales leaders, founders, and revenue operators. The visuals need to be polished, clear, and credible rather than flashy.
  • You'll work across formats: social graphics, LinkedIn carousels, campaign banners, YouTube thumbnails, and product explainer visuals.

What you'll do

  • Design visual assets for marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, and the web.
  • Create LinkedIn carousels, social graphics, and short-form visual content aligned to campaign briefs.
  • Produce product explainer visuals that simplify complex AI features for a business audience.
  • Keep visuals consistent with the brand and help improve our visual playbook.
  • Use Claude and other AI tools to accelerate asset production and idea generation.
  • Collaborate with content and social media teammates to ensure visuals and copy work together.

What we're looking for

  • Portfolio of visual design work — marketing assets, social graphics, or campaigns.
  • Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for business audiences.
  • Ability to work from a brief and deliver assets that match defined goals (not just aesthetics).
  • Interest in B2B software marketing — understanding who the audience is matters here.
  • Comfortable iterating quickly based on feedback and deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with design systems or component-based visual frameworks.
  • Experience creating assets for enterprise or SaaS brands.
  • Basic video editing or motion awareness for short-form content.
  • Use of Claude or other AI tools in a creative workflow.

What you'll learn

  • How to produce visual content that serves a specific business audience and campaign goal.
  • How B2B marketing creative differs from consumer marketing — and why that matters.
  • How to use AI tools to scale visual content production without losing quality.

Perks & environment

  • Free lunch provided daily.
  • International English-speaking team that sharpens your communication skills.
  • Room for your own ideas and proactive input.
  • Opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance.
  • Fast-paced AI-first culture where initiative is rewarded.

Interview process

  • Intro conversation — your background, design interests, availability.
  • Portfolio review — walkthrough of 2–3 projects with context on goals and constraints.
  • Optional brief — we'll share a simple campaign context; show us how you'd approach it visually.
  • Final conversation with the marketing team.

Portfolio guidance

  • Show work across at least two formats (e.g. social graphics + a longer-form piece like a carousel or landing banner).
  • Include context: what was the goal, who was the audience, what constraints did you work within?
  • Behance, personal site, PDF, or Figma links all work.
