About the Role

SalesLabel is looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead the onboarding and ongoing success of our agency partners. In this role, you will be the single point of contact for new agencies joining the SalesLabel reseller program — guiding them from signed contract to their first live client campaign, and then ensuring they continue to grow month over month. You will work directly with agency founders, ops leads, and account managers to help them deploy SalesLabel's white-label platform effectively. Success in this role means low churn, high activation rates, and partners who actively expand their usage and refer new clients. Key Responsibilities include owning the onboarding experience for all new agency partners from welcome call to first campaign launched, conducting structured discovery sessions to understand each agency's client base and workflow, building and maintaining onboarding playbooks and training resources, monitoring agency health metrics such as login frequency, campaigns launched, and seats activated, acting as the internal voice of the customer to surface pain points to the Product team, and running monthly check-ins and quarterly business reviews with top-tier partners. What You Bring: 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation at a SaaS company. Experience onboarding technical or semi-technical users such as agencies, marketers, or SDR teams. Strong communication skills and empathy — you enjoy helping people become confident users of new tools. An analytical mindset with comfort tracking KPIs and using data to guide conversations. Familiarity with outbound sales workflows or agency operations is a big plus. What We Offer: A fully remote role with flexible working hours across time zones.
